I’m John Lersch —owner, craftsman, and the single pair of hands behind every project that leaves this shop.
Beyond the workshop, my days are spent in the classroom as a teacher and on the field as a baseball coach. Teaching and coaching require patience, preparation, and an unwavering focus on the small details that make a big difference. I bring that exact same mindset to laser engraving.
What started as a passion for creating custom pieces turned into Lersch Laser Lineup. Whether I’m etching a personalized gift, crafting custom team gear, or engraving branded items for local businesses, I take pride in doing it right the first time.
